My user name kind of says it all. I just bought the 1965 Fury I that was on ebay. As usual, this was a "buy first, ask questions later" kind of transaction. The car has been messed with quite a bit, but those of us in the North Country will take what we can get. Usually anything that old up this way has rusted out up to the door handles. Pics of the car are here [ Edited ]

Congratulations on getting your Mopar! Hey, that car doesn't look so bad. A little cleaning here, a little headliner there, toss the suspect in the back...and haul mail!
The love pf a MOPAR and a couple bucks go a long way.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I'm new at Mopars, my previous experience has mostly been with Cadillacs. Any suggestions for sourcing parts would be welcome, especially the interior stuff.

Welcome! Believe it or not, you can probably get a pretty close headliner from J.C. Whitney; I got one from them for a '66 Monaco 4-door hardtop and it was spot-on.
The carpet you should sorce from Auto Custom Carpets in Anniston, AL.
The seats and door panels -- I've got no ideas.
Your main supplier for rubber stuff and "soft" parts is Gary Goers in Kalispell, MT.
Your main supplier for electrical, small stufff and just about everything else is Jeff Carter in Lynwood, WA.
I dig that crazy shifter -- almost looks like it belongs in a '65 Barracuda!

Welcome to the Dock! I get my headliners from Acme Headlining Co. in California- they have patterns back to the 20's and a large choice of materials.... [ Edited Thu May 25 2006, 10:42PM ]
Welcome fellow Wisconsinite! The Fury looks pretty good from the pics. How are the floors and trunk floor? I picked up my current '66 New Yorker project from Atlanta. The car was originally from Texas, then Colorado, Then Georgia. It's really nice not dealing with rust!
I got my headliner from a place in California too, but I don't recall the name of the place. It might have been the same one. They used to advertise every week in Old Cars Weekly.
