Will a 1970 Road Runner grill/front section fit on a 1971 Fury III? Saw a Muscle Car builder show on TV...a shop put a GTO front on a Lemans or something...to turn it into a somewhat clone car. Looked like an interesting idea.

No, only C body parts will bolt - on. The 'runner is a B body and that grille is also a one year only piece.....
doesn't mean that you couldn't cut & paste (better yet weld...) the pieces to the sheetmetal that exists on your front end. That would be a job, but would be cool [ Edited Thu Jun 01 2006, 10:39PM ]

Red Green works in the artistic medium of K-Cars and duct tape, so I would call Foose if you are going for all-out show and not for comic relief!
ps- The grille would have to be lengthened to look right on the wider C body, and at the rate that Roadrunner/GTX grilles are going for, I would eBay that sucker rather than cut 2 of 'em up! From what I've heard, the chrome trim surrounding the grille is made outta unobtanium and brings mucho $'s to restorers......if they can find it.
