George, When did you install them? This is exactly the issue I had with them on my 69 Fury in April 05. I sent them pictures of it up on the rack and mentioned that they need to come down a 1/4". And they told me that I could return them or if I thought I could bend them to go ahead, they would still warranty them. It took myself and the shop owner, about 450 lbs combined hanging on an axle shaft to pull the collector down!! Everything fit fine after that little tweak, but the passenger side does hang down a little more as you mention. My guess this is only an issue with the 440.

We installed them thursday.I doubt they will retool anything for a low production piece like a c body header.They got the drivers side right which is usually the source of much pain.I don't understand how they could screw up the pass side. The 400 stroker is the way to go.I would like to do one one day but I just have too much 440 stuff lying around to justify buying a 400 block.
