kewl, It's great to start a project. My problem is finishing one before starting another. Keep us updated on the wagon. They are my favorites. Theese are for the wagon right or for the 300?

No...this is for the 300. The wagon is gonna be a huge project. The 300 is in better shape. I'll drive it when my wife has the Jeep (pushing the van back and forth to work is a pain....and boring !zzz )
As there's little to no market for the '63-'64's I'll make it a nice driver, enjoy it and keep it. The wagon I'll take my time with. It'll be much more $$$$ to do right.
Maybe in a few years the market will discover "pre-C's" and I'll sell off the '64's and that'll speed up work on the '66.

Yeah you're right on the 63-64's kinda being the basterd years. About 3 years ago I had a 64 300 K that ran and drove and was alnost rust free. I practically had to give it away. Even though it was a letter car nobody was very interested.

I always found it kinda hard to consider the 63-64 Chryslers as....."Chryslers"! They were just too different and didn't last long enough to imprint them on the Mopar landscape IMHO
I wouldn't turn down a free one, but I know it wouldn't stick around mi casa very long..... [ Edited Sat Mar 22 2008, 01:09AM ]

$%#%@^%@!!!
Some cretin put iron pipe in the water pump where the heater hoses go.....both crumbled when I unscrewed 'em (the vise grips helped). Glad all the cr@p that "went down the holes" ended up in the pump housing and not in the block!
Anyway, water pump and housing are off...that's all that got done today. family obligations consumed the rest of the day.

I was JUST on that site eyballing those parts a couple days ago... I'm super tempted to buy them all, especially the Stealth heads while the price is cheap! Oh man, if only there weren't other things I needed money for...
