It is beefier than the original, the holes are exactly in the right place. The only thing is that it's a bit thicker than the original.
I couldn't find where I could adjust this in the car so I grinded a little off the metal triangles. The original coupler is one inch thick, this one about 1.3 inch.
Happy driving and friendly greetings from the Netherlands

The OEM Land Rover part and the more expensive aftermarket both say OUT OF STOCK. That's OK though, as the cheapest one is still in stock! However, shipping will be over twice the actual cost of the part. Ross, if you're ordering one, I'd be interested in ordering together and splitting the shipping cost.

I checked with the local LR dealer, and was told there was one only available, but had it to be brought in from the UK. I passed.
The aftermarket ones I ordered from LRDIRECT come from the UK - at $50 Can shipped taxed and levied it's still a deal. If they turn out to be junk it's not that expensive a mistake.

I'm pretty sure this part is available in lots of countries. This website sells them from New York for 28 dollars: http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/NTC3486 But there are more. Just Google NTC3486. Cheers!
