If you know the specs it should not be a problem to have one ground.
Its not as easy as that. some of you will know this from older posts, but here goes.
Some on here will remember the 446 I built for my own car. For that engine, I designed my own cam profile and asked a couple of US based companies to grind it. The answer from both was that the grind was not possible. Next step for me was to call in a favour from a UK based grinder. Two cams were made. One was for my 446, I've posted the dyno sheet from that a few times, ad the other as a spare. This spare ended up getting installed in this 496.
I can get copies made, but it will require a minimum order of 100. Even then, and assuming that the blanks can be bought, they will be expensive. So its just not feasible.
If that engine runs on pump gas, with stock heads (guessing looking at the peak rpm) that cam would be a game changer. I was going to have Dwaye Porter custom grind my cam, I wonder why he couldn't grind more for you?

Dwayne is well known on Moparts. He's a good guy. I've had him make a roller cam for a blower motor of mine and also a 440 for a friend.
He doesn't grind cams himself but due to his extensive knowledge in the field he knows what lobe-design and patterns to choose from the CompCams custom 'lobe-library'.
Wow that is really ,really impressive. Diesel torque with 600 HP. I hope with the new Trick Flow heads I plan on using on this build, this motor makes decent numbers. Outstanding motor you built, thanks for sharing the basics. PS that motor is in an A body? LOL!! Does it even need first and second gear?

'If' or 'Because' of these numbers, some magazine should be really interested in seeing what you've done and 'helping' get more cams done. Hotrod would eat it up, several mopar people there. If there's really no smoke and mirrors here how is this not a slam dunk?
