Why not try bigger joints first? Any competent driveline shop can weld new yokes on the driveshaft. 1350 or 1410 truck joints should do the trick. There should be an adapter joint or possible fab options if the corresponding 742 yoke is unavailable for some reason. They can address all that.

You're doing something wrong. It's fun to think you are making so much power that you are breaking parts but in reality that area sees little force. Plenty of guys run much faster than 11.3 with it in cars that have all kinds of traction.

you seem focused on the splines,is that where it is breaking?if your ripping them out ,something is really wrong.i have had cars that i beat like a redheaded stepchild and never broke anything. is the yoke breaking on shaft side or rearend side? what are you calling the pot? is the shaft stock?maybe you need to have a drive shaft built by a pro. do you have a snubber? caltracs? etc...what are your driveshaft/yoke angles? not to be mean, but you are not really making enuff power to keep breakin parts .if the same part keeps breaking then maybe building a better part may help but the underlying issue needs to be found to solve it .

It sounds to me that you are breaking the straps that hold the u-joints in place? Again, they see very little load so if they are breaking then something is wrong. I'd start by looking at your pro-built driveshaft. If it is too long, and axially binding, then it could start this sort of issue, among others.
