Can anyone tell me if the inner and outer-bearings are the same size, or not, between the 2 discbrake-systems (2-piece rotors and the 73 one-piece rotor) ???

I have a spare set of each rotors and spindles and I'm almost 100% sure that the outer diameter of the bearings are the same it's the inner diameter that's different. 73's use a larger diameter spindle. I don't have the parts near me (in storage) but but going from memory I think this is how it goes.
I don't have the size data in front of me, but you may be able to look up bearing dimensions by the set number.
73 Polara: TIMKEN INNER SET17 TIMKEN OUTER SET16
70 Polara: TIMKEN INNER SET6 TIMKEN OUTER SET2
Note that Auto Zone lists one-piece and two-piece rotors for the 70 Polara, both take the Set 6 and Set 2 bearings.
One-piece: DURALAST HUB/ROTOR ASSEMBLY 5307 2 YR $49.99
Two-piece: DURALAST ROTOR ONLY 5300R 2 YR $126.99
Both are special-order only, but appear to be available. Same PN's and prices show for the 72 New Yorker I checked, too. Maybe a cheap rotor IS available for the non-Budd disk brakes? That would make for a decent option, IMHO.
