Ok so i am missing the rear passenger side window motor... its just gone... and the window is help up by a chunk of wood. superb quality craftsmanship.
first off, where would i get a new window motor? and do i need the same motor? or can a different motor be used? second, how do i get to the other windows inner workings and clean them up and such? im pretty sure the other rear window works, but its just stuck or jammed, im pretty machanically inclined so im not afraid of rollin up the sleeves and diggin into some tough work. From what i can see, the only way to attack any of the windows motors and mechanisms is through those little holes in the body underneath the interior panels..... i need to hire a monkey with small enough hands to get in there!
been going through all the pages here and the search didnt turn anything up either. so i thought i would post.

I may have a spare motor or two from a '68, I'll look around my parts stash.
Sometimes the motors just need a little convincing by way of a few taps from a hammer. It worked for a couple of mine in the past. You can also remove them and take 'em apart and clean the rust out.
BE VERY CAREFUL when removing them. I almost lost my pinky finger when I was 19 b/c I didn't know what the heck I was doing! Yes, they are nearly impossible to reach and you have to work blind. My window was missing and the arm wasn't in the track so when I removed the motor, the arm, with all of the power the window assist spring had to offer, flipped around and scissored my finger, trapping my hand inside the door. I had to get my right arm in the door, pull the arm up and gently let it back down until the tension was relieved.
Several stitches and a splint later that afternoon, I put my hands back in the door and finished the job. !crazy
Clean the guides out and grease them up, too. I removed all of my power windows from my '68 300 and converted to manual after fighting with window motors for a year. Manual is much simpler and more reliable. And you run less of a risk of losing fingers. !thumb

TN440! dude you kick a**! thanks for the tips and guidance, i have alllllll weekend to work on the car so im gonna do some simple upkeep and such. ill open those panels up and see what i can, maybe throw some mirrors in there with an LED string light to see up inside. =D
so you may have some spare motors?!?!?!? well my good sir how would a kid like me in california obtain these motors from you? how much would you want for them? at this point i only need the one for the passenger rear window, but i may need another for the drivers side passenger window.
and inquiringminds want to know, how do you convert the windows to manual??? that would be really cool and i would actually prefer that. just because less electronics means less issues to deal with.... if its a manually operated part and doesnt work by jigglin it... get a hammer!!! LOL
and im very glad you didnt lose your finger, despite you having 9 spares, im sure you learned how hard it is to operate with one less

Mopar used the same powe window motor in most of the cars, and trucks/vans, it produced from mid 60's on up into the early 90's.
The later motors from the late 80's early 90's will have a different pigtail electrical conection but that can be chaged out easily enough.
The only thing you need to look at is the motors themselves. Yes Ma' Mopar used the same motors BUT not always in the exact same location or orientation as your car. So just because you grab a motor from the pass. rear on a late model car doesn't mean it will fit your regulator.
Ma' Mopar turned and flipped the motrs depending on the design of the window and mechanisms. So just make sure you pay attention to what motor you are getting.
Also in case you didn't know pass. and driver side motors are different in your car.
