Get ARP rod bolts kit. The most important thing is to keep the cap with the matching rod. Torque to specs. Bolts do stretch. I know that Glen has a trick ot two he mentioned before. Hope he chimes in. <span class='smallblacktext'>[ Edited Fri Oct 09 2009, 08:36PM ]</span>
If you do not have a bolt stretch gauge for the ARP bolts,you can get very close to the recomended tolerance by torquing them down to the proper ft.lbs of torque and loosening them off and redoing it again for a total of 3 times and it will be very close! Other than that it's straight forward and make sure you use their lube if they supply it and put it under the head of the bolt also!. Are you doing this in car,or is the engine apart?
