Wait a second Roger! You mean to tell me that the "REAL" horsepower bug has finially hit you? I musta left the planet too long! What happened to all that talk about not hot rodding up the green machine and already did your scene with the Volarie speed stuff? I knew it....I knew it! I figured after seeing all these C bodies running 12's and now 11's, that you would give in! AWESOME! Join us brother! I told ya a year ago that you can't hold back for long! YAHOO! Tony P. By the way, Eddies are a tad cheaper, but the Indy's will make more BHP! 2.19 valves for bigger cube strokers! 2.14 for street is borderline! Too big an intake valve on a street engine.....low flow. Hurts velocity! TP

Yup,going to turn it up a couple notches. Cousin Sonny will be doing the shortblock in Missouri,a 440 source kit,I'm going with the Indy heads(actually, the anniversary gift from my wife).Motto is;keep it simple, make power, and do it on pump gas.Roger
I just finished catching up on some reading and read the August 05 Mopar Muscle. They are using EZ 295's on the 440 project motor. The EZ's sure look nice! And the E-Z1 would allow me to use that MAXX Wedge cross ram!! But that extra cost might push me back 6-12 months. Look like I got some decisions as well.
