Hi Derrick, 65 and 66 Furys have the same roller assembly. My 65 was in the same condition as yours, but due to a shortage of spares in Australia (ie NONE!) I fabricated a new square block from a teflon bread board. I heated the ball and pressed it into the teflon, and then screwed a steel clip over the ball to stop it from popping out. This seems to work ok but I am very gentle with winding up or down the windows! Hope this gives you some ideas.

My father-in-law does manufacturing projects as a hobby, eg: machining, casting, vacuum-forming, etc. He owned a business of that nature before he retired. Now he does it from his home workshop.
I emailed him a link to this thread. If no other repop source is already available, he's interested in trying to manufacture this part. Would you be willing to mail the broken part to me for him to take measurements from?
