Those look sharp, almost like rallye wheels. Are they wider than the 6" wide sixteen-slot road wheels?
I know that this info is nearly useless without a picture, but in '78 & '79 you could order the W28 ("Aluminum Fascia Road Wheel") option on B-body coupes. Underneath the aluminum fascia was a black-painted 7"(!) sixteen-slotter with the additional 1" width offset to the outside.
I put 'em on a '79 300 which was missing its original aluminum wheels (car has since been sold). They'd probably look great on a C-body, painted argent with center caps and trim rings -- sort of like Butch's cop car wheels.

They're Wheel Vintiques Mopar 15X7's . A reasonable copy of our Factory trim rings & just the right depth for the 7" wheels. About 130.00 a set at Summit.
