I call it a New Porker!
1978 New Yorker with a '74 Newport header and bumper.
I guess the 5MPH bumper shocks are shorter on the NY'er then they are on the Newport so the bumper is almost flush with the header panel and boy does it look sweet!
In case I ever hit somthing over 5MPH I welded the sleeves of the bumper shocks together so the bumper doesn't move.
The reason I did this is I've always thought of the '77-'78 NY'er front end to be fugly and the header was broken and the headlight doors didn't work and well I just wanted something different.

That's pretty cool. Since you're so handy, how about making some hide-away headlights for a '69 Monaco. Maybe like the '70 Sport Fury or the '68 Charger...
