Hey guys, guess what? first real nice hot day, a real bueaty and I blow the radiator... Any idea where i can pick one up... i dont think repair will work...
So if anyone wants any bad luck i got plenty to go around... makes a great gift...
You think recoring is out? I suppose another option would be the Ford Exploder aluminum radiator swap in the Tech Articles. I think there are about 6 people that have done this swap. All reports have been very favorable!

John,
Find a Go-Dan International (GDI) radiator dealer; I think they may have one for a '72 but I won't promise. I know thay did have one to fit a '70 which might work in your '72, but it won't accept the stock fan shroud. The GDI radiator in my own '70 has been working fine for 7 years.
If GDI can't help, the update Scott mentioned might be the cheapest way to go. I don't know anything about it, though.

The big block Rads are the same across the divisions, except with or without A/C. There's a guy that has a reman on Ebay for around $150. Just watch the shipping. You could bring it up to Bobs. Mark across the street has a rad shop. He's good and us Mopar boys drive him nuts, but he's a good guy anyway. He's pretty reasonable

Mark is a converted Mopar boy... his wife had a 69 Forest green Charger and I helped him restore a 78 Little Red Express. Plus he has a 300M, a Dakota shop truck, and a Dodge Shadow convert too. And he makes all kinds of great radiators......heater cores to 6 foot high earthmover rads [ Edited Thu Apr 20 2006, 10:16PM ]
