Several of my cars have very poor engine temp sensor plug ends, they are all brittle and wrapped with electrical tape because of all the heat they have absorbed over the years. Of course this is the V-shaped plastic plug that is usually gray or black in color, and contains two female wire end connectors. Anyone know where to get any of these? Either NOS or repos would do.

Just get some new wire & connectors & make new ones. The connectors will come out of the plastic connector with a small screwdriver for the female ends, just release the prong inside & they slide out.
You could even re-use the connctor by soldering a new wire on & just going up the harness a ways to find a spot where it wasn't so brittle to splice ( solder/heatshrink ) new wire in.
NAPA supposedly has replacement connectors, got the #'s here somewhere.
