I don't use Paypal, and I have not been taken - yet. I am also very leery of buying from people with low ebay feedback. I don't buy that much either, which helps.

I use paypal alot with my credit card. I recently had a problem with an item. Paypal was no help, stuck up for the seller. I disputed the charge, I am still waiting for the final word from the card company. But, I think the charge will be reversed.
