hi guys is their any companys over their making repair panels [in particular lower front fender, and trunk floor] to suit my 69 fury.as you can appriciate finding c body parts over here is not easy.
There are a couple companys advertising lower quarter panel patch panels, but the people who have used them don't usually think very highly of them.
B-Body (Charger) trunk floors can be modified to work in many casses, they are just a little smaller and seem to be good when you just want to patch up and not replace the whole trunk. I will see if I can find some info on how has done it, I know a couple people have.
Thanks, I bought 69 RR Trunk Pans from Year One. They are not the only source since it's B body parts. There is a lot of aftermarket stuff for it. As far as cutting I really don't know what was done exactly I had a really good metal guy do the work but I remember him saying it was slight alteration to get them to work. The down side it not the same as the C pans are. Up side it is close, it looks more factory then a plain piece of sheet metal. It also comes in 2 pieces and it's new metal. Getting the old pans out of a car is a pain and does bust them up a little bit. I didn't have a doner and this was the best way to go for me.
