Finally got a look at the Imperial Concept DC has out. I had hoped that it would continue to break the boxy/truck trend with the Challenger, but I was wrong.
Don't mind the idea of bringing back the Imperial, but it just feels like the same old 300 rehash that DC keeps trying to shovel us. They claim it draws from the 50's & 60's Imps, but the only thing I see is dual round headlights.
What ever happened to that magnificant Atlantic concept from the 90's? That thing was awesome!
IF they can keep the price down, the Aspen looks decent, much more appealing than the current ugly Durango. The wife has been talking about a more sutable rugrat hualer to replace the Intrepid.

Yeah the imperial seems to have more Rolls Royce in it than anything else... Sorta how the 300C keeps getting the "baby bently" grill treatments.... But i think the taillamps are freestanding inside on their inclosure like the 57 gun sight jobs, sorta like the headlights are supposed to mimic the 62, but in an inclosure as well... seems sorta backwords to have it freesand and in a case but i still wouldnt mind it in my driveway... Im hearing around 60k for it if it gets the go ahead.
Personnally I really like the challenger, its just about as close as my generation is gonna get to a real 70's looking muscle car, beats the pants off the mustang, but if you wanna talk ugly, look at the camaro concept like what did they dooooo.... looks like someone was way to into the Transformers TV show when they were younger... No doubt GM will bog and make a mess of it, 400 hp and 30mpg... sounds a lil fishy to me.
