heya Butch . . . I have the same size tires on the back of my 300Hurst Ragtop !!! Great size, the tread width looks awesome underneath the big machines !!! Wish the HURST had the hemi to turn em, but . . . TNT 440 is not too bad eiither !!
By the way, if you look for late 70's or early 80's F/M/J body cars, you can find em with 15x7 road wheels - just like the early 70's 15x6 !! Then can keep the "stock" look with the wider rims/tires !!!
Thanks again for keeping the people thinking about the C Body and what can be done !

Shoot Mark, I'd say an A-12 package vert should generate some interest too!
It seems most all of our C-bodies have wheelhouses big enough to fit those sizes & bigger is ya want to mess with rim width & backspace. I'm just cheapwhen it came to the wheels....had 'em in stock! Along with those caps, just had to get new trim rings & lugs. When I feel like a change I do have the original Full ( ugly ) Hubcaps I might put on to be real stealthy!
We did use a set of those 15X7 Dippysteelies on a customers car just recently. He had a 70 GTX he had owned since new & never liked the 14" steel wheels on it, too small. Rather than let him put something else ( stupid looking ) on it I talked him into using the 15X7's with the same 275/60's on the back & 235/70's on the front & still using his dogdish caps He's real happy with the look & it still looks factory. Cars too original to change.
