I'm about 99% sure that the ADDCO sway bars you can buy for B-body cars are the same for A-body cars... pretty narrow. HOWEVER, a Diplomat sway bar is about 4" wider, and might work better. It's also a frame-mount, not axle-mount, like the ADDCO bars. I suspect that the OEM B-body bar is also frame-mount, but I've never really seen one personally.

I had heard that the LATE 70s B Body rear sway bar would fit on a cbody. . . . I have one in the shed out back, picked it up years ago, but have not measured or tried it on any car to date. Could be a project to think about for the holidays !

Well I've done the measuring and found that a sway bar from a mid seventies cordoba will be an almost exact fit. I have one in the garage now I picked up for like $15. You will need to fabricate some sort of bracket for the end links to mount ot the axle, I'm going to try the e-body ones that go under the axle perches. Or if you spend the time you can pull the ugly one the crodobas use, I couldn't do it it was just too ugly.
