the torque bxes should work, but what about the subframe connectors? Would I be better off starting from scratch or could these fit with some minor modifications? Will heve to modify them anyhow as I want to be able to still remove my front subframe...

I don't know anything about their products, but the 1967 and 1968 furys have the same undercarriage and suspension. Anything that fits on a 68 will fit on a 67. Our head administrator made his own removeable connectors.
Go to the "search" page and search "subframe". Then click on "sheetmetal thickness" and scroll down a ways and you will see pictures of his.
The AutoRust parts are good, I have the torque boxes and subframe connectors on my Valiant. I would say that you can (or should) make your own SFC's, as they're very simple. You would also want to keep the removable front subframe/K-member.
