Mike. I just wanted to say thanks for the information. Been driving the car around and today, for the first time, I drove it to work during morning rush hour. The car never when beyond around 190. Normally it would have been pushing 220+ in light to light traffic. Impeller and thermostat did the trick and the car is staying cool.
Now I just need to figure out why it kind of stumbles in traffic where it kind of feels like it wants to stall. Maybe if I have the idle to low. Around 500-600 rpm's.

Excellent! Glad to hear your cooling problem is resolved.
If you can't figure out your off-idle stumbling problem, try starting another thread for that with a description of the symptoms and what you've tried already.
