I am working on installing a 5.2 and 46rh out of a 95 ram in my 67 monaco. I have the harness and computer. I have looked all over and can't seem to find the info I need.
Can anyone tell me what I need specifically to make it run? Was planning on using the car wiring for the starter. And plan to install all the factory 67 guage senders along with the factory magnum sensors. But I have a few questions..
Do I need an oxygen sesnor?
What year speed sensor also has the cable?
Which wires power the computer / sensors?
What wires can be removed? Evap?
How did you run a fuel pump? lincoln ls ? Van? Truck?
My motor is pulled and want to get this done and on the road by the end of april.. Going to be my daily.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am not an expert on this motor, but I would definitely buy a '95 factory service manual for the harness info before I started. It will be invaluable and your best friend in this matter.
Again, not a total expert on this particular motor, but I would definitely hook up the O2. 1995 makes it OBD I, correct? The (narrow band) O2 is what the computer uses to idle. If you're lucky, that computer's strategy might make the motor run "decent enough" in open loop, but I wouldn't try it for long.
Just thinking out loud here: can you get the fusebox from the donor vehicle? It's big and ugly but it might save you a lot of headaches. Obviously you won't use any of the body connections, but it may be super helpful if installed, or at least give you clues when you're sorting the wiring spaghetti out. Just a guess, but the injector harness and/or other key items may have their own *fused* power supplies.
A Walbro GSL-392 mounted externally should pull the gas out of the tank fine. I would do a 50 micron "pre" filter at least; then a 10 micron "post" if you want to get fancy. Spam alert: A company I love to use for the "where the heck am I going to get that stuff" stuff is racepartsolutions: https://www.racepartsolutions.com/. Tell them you're friends with Shaunthony's - that and $0.50 might get you a can of Coke, but worth a try! (They have O2 bungs too, get some beer for your lazy-butt friend with the MIG box and find a good spot for the O2 while you're at it!)
Also, when hooking up the fuel pump, FIND and USE the inertia switch / relay on the donor vehicle. I have no idea where it is on that truck, but I would definitely incorporate it. In the unfortunate event of a wreck, you'll greatly improve your chances of avoiding a FIERY wreck.
Are you using the stock regulator and does it have a return to the tank? If it does have a return, be sure that the gas tank is GOOD and ventilated. A piece of hose with 3 or 4 loops in it, attached to the vent nipples at the front-top of the tank will work...if you want to get cute with some kind of screen or filter over the inlet, it won't hurt. A vented gas cap alone was not enough to get the job done for me, YMMV.
Nickel's worth of free advice: for any/all splices, use *uninsulated* butt crimps, then solder the wire to the crimp, then use Marine heat shrink over that. It's like regular heat shrink except with a thin layer of "hot glue" on the inside. Something else will go wrong before that does, which is exactly how you want it.

there's at least 1 polara here that has a 5.9 mag swap, maybe some others? if you use moparts at all I'm sure there are tons of guys who've done the swap over the years. Being that old and having the RH trans is a big help, a lot less computer controls.
