Good numbers!
My '60 NY with its longram 496" stroker did 8.6 on the 8th mile, with a 1.88 60ft. (Stock convertor, 3.91 gears) 8.6 on the 8th is about 13.5 on the 1/4 mile.

The fact that it went the quickest shifting at 5100 tells you that the engine is all done there, likely a little sooner.
If you have a converter that is matched to your engine the rear gear will not have a lot of effect, maybe a couple tenths. 3.91's gives your MPH at 5K RPM if you want to max out your combo.
I think if you want an 11.99 you are going to have to spend some money on head porting or put a blue bottle in the trunk.

Actually the car pulls hard to 5600. The slower runs i shifted it myself and wound it up till it layed down. Not ideal i know but the motor revs so fast and the colum shifter is difficult to shift quickly. I have replaced the govenor with a 5600rpm one and will go back to the track and see what it can do shifting itself.
