Thanks dacuda, that's what I wanted to hear (read). As I can see the b and e-body manifold are about the same. I understand that the down tube will be a challange but welding and bending is not any problem.

maxvo2, I know that the c-body manifold would be the best solution but the problem is that I live in Sweden and the shipping cost for a cast iron manifold is about 90$ from the US + import charges and I alreade have the b-body manifold so I think I'll give it a try.
Thats why I wondering if someone have a picture of b-body manifold on a c-body or if anyone who have done it can give me some tips?
Here is a pic of what i believe is a b body manifold on the driver's side of my 440 in my 71' Fury. If you ask me, i looks like it was made for the chassis, clears the steering box, brake booster, and shift linkage. I don't see anything as far as mods to make it work.

Now I have B-Body HP manifold on my -66 Polara and the only issue was the kickdown linkage that have to be a little modified to not hit the collector flange.
