Yeah - a GM person for sure, but then so was I when I was young and didn't know any better... lol.
It won't have a Dana from the factory, but perhaps someone changed it out. Unlikely.
Yes - a rare version of a Windsor for sure... probably a Canadian special order. Likely then a 1 of 1.
Although it looks like it in the photo, that fuel filter isn't very close to the exhaust so it's not too bad. Possibly the hard fuel lines from the subframe and fuel pump were toast, so they put it where they could safely with a rubber line.
Engine should also be red for Canadian big block in 66, but if it is a BC Chrysler it could have been built in the same plant that built my 66 T&C (not the Windsor Ont plant), which was delivered with a turquoise motor even though it was sold new in Regina Sask...
I like the car a lot and I truly hope it goes to a good home.

A little late to the party, I just got back from a week camping. The ad has been removed but I did see it before it was. Yes, this car belongs to a member:
In his intro post here, he says the 440 was overhauled by the previous owner, so it could've been repainted turquoise at that time. If I recall correctly, the ad didn't say it had a Dana rear-end, just a Dana "posi" (Suregrip), so presumably it's an 8.75 rear end. The sketchy fuel line plumbing probably has something to do with having an electric fuel pump installed.
With all those options that you'd normally see on a 300 and the unique colour combination, I agree it was probably a factory-ordered car originally. It does have rust issues in the rear fenders, including above the fenderwells where the skirts hook-in. Owner says it was stored for an extended period with the rear end exposed to the elements.
The $8500 asking price seems a bit steep to me, mostly because of the bodywork issues in the back.
