While doing a disc brake conversion on my 66TC I noticed the idler was on the verge of coming apart. I'm going to go ahead and replace both the idler and pitman arms, tie rod ends etc.. Anyone have a reliable parts source other than what I can find on ebay?

I find some stuff on Rock Auto (rockauto.com) they usually have both economy and higher quality parts. I usually avoid the economy stuff they don't hold up very well. My $.02

Thanks 66_monaco_500. I previously looked at RockAuto, but just realized I was looking under the wrong section. I only looked at "suspension" and not "steering". Thus I found the idler, tie rods and upper ball joints at RA for $198.07 shipped for ACDelco.

Yes there are arms for manual and power, usually it is cast into the arm specifying which .i have a new manual arm ,$45.doesnt look much different but im sure its there
"Rare Parts" seems to be a great source for the Pitman Arm & Lower Ball Joints. Since those pieces still look ok I ended up ordering from RockAuto. I went with all MOOG parts vs the ACDelco which brought the pricing down from $198 to $134 shipped. Not bad pricing for (2) upper ball joints, Idler arm, (2) inner tie-rods & (2) outer tie-rods.
