I recall seeing one for sale a while back(maybe about 1 to 1 1/2 years ago), that was in need of a total resto. And, I think it was around $25,000 "as is". But, I don't recall where I saw it listed.

OK, since most if not all of the 6-pack parts are still available, is there anyone who has dropped the chunk of change to convert a c-body over to 6- pack mode? If so what issues came up, and what can you pass along to aid the rest of us to the top of the heap. Did you purchase new parts from mother mopar, or did you go after origional ones? What problems arose to everyday roadability, adjustments, and relibility?
Whould you do it again?, or did you put the 4 barrell back on?
I built my original 318 into a 340-six-pack when I launched my 69 ragtop 2 years ago. In doing so, I kept streetability in mind. I had picked up a used set up 12 years ago for $90. I ended up buying a new center carb. As far as performing, I have driven it from Baltimore to Carlisle twice and got 18 mpg. I have driven it to & from work and get about 14 mpg. (as long as I keep my foot out of it) I am running 3.23 gears. It acts just like any carburated engine on cold mornings, but overall runs great. I have had no problems with it for the 4000 miles I have put on it since the launch. It runs so well, I have toyed with the idea of placing it in my 69 Wanna-Bee that is going to be my daily driver, and put a 383 or 440 in the rag!

I was planning on converting my 70 SF 4dr HT into a 440+6 clone. I have a steel crank 440 and a complete six barrel setup from a 70 V-code Charger for it, but my shipper turned sour on me last week. The Fury will not be shipped to Holland for the conversion. I will probably sell the car in the U.S. I just happened to stumble upon this 'date code correct' six barrel setup, but I would have also gone the aftermarket route if I hadn't had this setup.
I'll probably put two 70 Furys up for sale in a couple of days.
