The dash is 2 pieces, the left side has all the switches and the speedo. The right is a smaller piece that surrounds the radio and heater controls. There is a 3rd piece that attaches to the bottom and covers the steering column. This piece is the one that is usually missing or trashed. I have an extra set of the dash pieces in the garage, I will try to snap a picture later tonite, watching a movie with the wife right now.
The right and bottom pieces are the same for all 69 Fury's. With the exception of cars equipped with 8 tracks. The left side is 69 Fury Vert specific. But, the Fury III pieces are also the same as the Sport Fury. 68 was totally different, and 70 doesn't have the flasher switch, it was on the column in 70.
brother n law just told me of a 69 fury wagon in a junk yard near by but might be a few weeks before i can check it out i have the big peice that goes underneath but i am missing the part that holds the steering column up to the dash my guiess is some one took the gages out for somereason and didnt put it all back do you know how to add or bleed fluid for the convertible top thanks ralph
So you have all the plastic pieces, but are missing the V shaped metal bracket that holds the column up to the dash frame? Does that mean the column is loose and flopping around? I should have an extra of that somewhere, but the wagon part should work also. Assuming none of the cars involved have a tilt column, then I don't know what interchanges.
Edit: Just checked the parts book, and it looks like all columns used the same bracket. [ Edited Sun Nov 27 2005, 01:07AM ]

I'm guessing the top pump is behind the rear seat back (that's where it is on the earlier models) One end has the electrical connections. That is the motor/pump. The other end is the fluid reservoir. It should have a rubber or metal plug. Removing that will allow filling. Running the top up and down a few times with the plug out should vent some of the air bubbles.

Not a good idea, you'll have oil every where (don't ask how I know). Add oil to the bottom of the filler threads, replace plug, run the top up and down a couple of times, then recheck the levels. The system will self bleed all the air into the reservoir. This will drop the oil level again so you must check it a few times until it stops changing.
i do not have the peice that goes over the left side of the ins. cluster (around the air vent??) and what ever covers up the right side of the cluster i have the big peice that goes on bottom of the dash just dont have the bracket that holds the colum to dash frame need some pics of a detailed dash shot of a 69 sport fury so if i find a car i can tell if the peicses are the same or not also the very back of my factory console is broke it has a hole over the rear cover on the backend of it thanks guys
Oops, I forgot about the far left piece that surrounds the vent. That piece will be the same on all 69's and 70's. With the exception of cars not equiped with air.
