Search Ebay vintage auto parts for "mopar + fan shroud" they turn up now and again, sometimes for $50, sometimes $120. keep in mind there are at least three different C body ones that I have seen, all have different depths, from 2.5" to 3.25'' to 4". Why? I don't know, must have something to do with A/C or not, different fan spacer lengths, regular fan vs clutch fan, Different wheel base/car length? etc.
I had a 4" deep one (sold it) but the fan blade was completely inside and it ran hot--about 1/3 to 1/2 the fan should stick out from the opening. I have a 2.5" deep one on it now with a clutch fan that sticks 1/2 way out and it cools properly.

There is the EXACT one you need on Ebay right now for dirt cheap -guy doesn't know what it fits (he lists it for a GTX) it looks like the 2.5'' deep one and it has the six bolt holes you need (this is for the 26" wide radiator) Hurry it ends Saturday March 5th in the afternoon-you won't see another for quite a while:

Original poster doesn't say what radiator size. My guess is it's the 22" with no A/C which would make it the 2 piece metal shroud. That's what my 68 Newport needed, also a 383 with no A/C. A little tougher to find but still out there.
No, the 22" shroud, at least for the 22" in 68, was a 2 piece metal shroud. There is a top half and a bottom half. It mounts to the radiator with some studs that snap into square holes that you should see in your radiator.
I bought mine off a guy on moparts years ago when I was restoring my Newport. It had been running hot during a parade I drove in and I thought it might help. It has never overheated since, but I also had the engine rebuilt and the radiator recored during the resto.
It's definitely fairly rare to see I think as I think a/c cars would have all got the 26" radiator pkg. John, you might be right about coming with the towing pkg, or maybe on a manual trans car?
In either case they're out there. It does finish the engine bay off nicely. I'll see if I can dig up a couple pics to post...

I don't have a pic of the shroud off the engine, but here's a side shot. I forgot that it mounts to 2 brackets that get mounted to the side of the 22" radiator, using the studs. If you find one of these, make sure it comes with the brackets... Otherwise you'll have to fab up your own mounting brackets!
