I've gone through and read most of the old posts about swapping to disc brakes. But I'm still a bit unclear on the proper master cylinder. Right now the car has 4 wheel power drum brakes. It's a '69 Monaco. I've got a set of '73 C body discs, including master cylinder and booster. I've got a set of SS Brakes on order for the rear, and have a Mopar Performance proportioning valve ready to go. I'm assuming I can use the '73 booster, but not the master cylinder. Can anyone shed some light on this? Also, if I do need a master cylinder, which Mopar Performance one should I get. The smaller or larger diameter? Thanks TP
73 Booster and Master. Tee the front lines together and then install the Mopar adjustable prop valve on the rear lines to adjust bias. Start with it set at about half. Half nailed it on my 69 Fury, never had to touch it since.
