Well mine is a 66 Chrysler, not a Plymouth, so there is probably the reason it doesnt make sense. My build sheet definitely says "Upper Dr Fr Color" right next to paint and style, then there are boxes to the right for "side sweep" "buffed paint" "conv vinyl top" and "stripe or no stripe" The only thing I can think is that if your paint is a total different color than your interior (like a red car with white interior) they would paint the upper door frames to match the interior? No idea...I dont know if anyone really knows the rhyme or reason behind how cryptic these build tags/build sheets are. My .02

Looking inside the car, it seems the bronze poly "Y" color is what I see on the dash and some of the other interior ... so maybe it's not the "racing stripe" I mentioned earlier. I only have some side moulding. Also, I have the fender tag, but where can I find the build sheet?

There are a whole mess of different places to find the build sheets. The easiest place to look is in the springs on the back of the rear seat. There is also usually one taped to the top of the glove box. Other places I have found them is under the carpet, taped to the top of the gas tank (usually trashed), under the front seat bottom. The most build sheets I ever found in a car was 6 and that was in a 1963 Plymouth Belvedere that I took completely apart. Glove box or rear seat back are your best bets and quickest...
