The bulk of the upgrade work has been done and the site has been moved to a server with more resources. Additional spam prevention is now in place as well.

There are still some loose ends to wrap up, as some things aren't displaying quite right. I know about most of them, I think. But please go ahead and report any oddities in the Site Related forum and I will work through them.
