Stolen from Moparts : "This car personifies the phrase "Dare To Be Different". The car has gone through several phases over the years, but over the past year or so, Applied Nitrous Technology and Monte Smith have added LOADS of high tech hardware and software to this machine. The FAST EFI and Programmable Digital 7 will be dyno tuned by Monte in a couple weeks. Basically, the engine is a 521" with Indy 440-1 heads. The factory block has been treated to a partial fill and aftemarket main caps. The Hilborn injection setup has been converted to EFI, which includes 2 stages of nitrous. Monte handled all the wiring. Other goodies include moly cage, Accusump and RacePak electronics.

Sitting in his garage one Sunday afternoon, little Johnny was taking stock of his life and possessions, as he was on his second sixpack of his favorite adult brew..."Hmmm, I've got this old Fury of Grandpa's, several gallons of black paint, some steel tubing, a welder, that big-a$$ race engine in the corner, the racing wheels, a fuel cell...little brother has his pinstriping stuff...yeah, that's it!!!"

Doesn't look like enough tire for 8's....also, with all of the blown & injected Hemi engines available today, it seems like this combo might have been built to be docile enough on the street with the EFI and then shoot in the NOS to build back the ungodly hp.....hope he has the fuel & timing to keep it from becoming a lump of molten aluminum!
Hi, I just joined this unique group who likes the different beat of a C-body drummer. Just saw the pics and comments on here. Thank you, thank you... I'm flattered by the compliments.
I'm hoping to be done with it (for now) by September 16. I'm just finishing up the hood and custom ramtubes. The ones in the pic are just for mock-up.
