It is repairable.Looks like you will need the seat brace as well. I had seen--and driven worse!! Fuseys like to hold water like a bad kidney. You can fabricate your own or search for good rust-free floorpans to install. No repop pans,sorry.The ones on E bay are junk.You will spend more time "making them fit" I am parting out a Arizona rust free 69 New Yorker. PM recieved,thanks. No. B body pans are different.-different body platform.They can be made to fit,but the amount of work involved you may as well start from scratch,IMO. If you are looking for the "easy way" to fix it,rust free sheetmetal is the way. I did mine the hard way--start from scratch..
