Funny you said that, money was the easy part, but I am ageing faster than the car. All we had to do to the car was new starter, tune up, AC seals, carb rebuild, break job (new disks), and all fluids/filters changed. That was the easy part. Because of my friend�s family issues, he only gets over 2 or 3 times a week. We turned my garage into a paint shop since he lets me park any of my 5 vehicles on his 2-acre piece of land at any time. We got a hold of some top grade stuff for free. (Dupont Imron Polyurethane Enamel Aircraft Grade)
Anyway, everything is stripped, and there is not much bodywork. Found a little rust in the lower passenger side quarter panel where I suspected it would be. Thing drives like a freaking top, and AC blows Ice cold. So when it�s painted, it�s done.
