The standard answer is , too many unknowns.

I see some riples on the left fender, quarter is missing a molding, why? .
If everything is as it appears 5000-7000 is likely what he will get for it. I wouldn't go over 5because everything has been changed and too much for me to redo. The wheels don't bother me.
