This car had no tonneau cover for the convertible top when I purchased it. I was able to get one from Legendary interiors. However, the first step in installing it is sliding a rubber strip through a metal groove on the back of the rear seat. That metal groove is not there on my car, it seems someone removed it at some point and it's gone. does anyone know anyplace I can get a replacement? Reproduction parts?? I'd hate to have to locate an OEM part like that, probably very hard to find! Thanks!

You may be able to fabricate a part the does the job just fine. It is a relatively simple piece of metal with a slot in that that will hold the bead of the tonneau cover.
