When I draw air through the hose connected to my 1970 300's cruise control servo, I can't pull a vacuum. I take it that is not normal (especially since said hose connects directly to the brake booster check valve).
If that is correct, then what is the most likely culprit? The diaphragm? Or are there other points at which these servos can leak vacuum? And is a diaphragm available to replace the one I suspect is now 49 years old? It seems as if it would have to be a factory-molded piece, as opposed to cut out of a flat sheet of rubber.
