I scrubbed mine with varsol and a toothbrush until I got the plastic rollers freed-up and spinning freely using my fingers. I found one roller that had a casting defect, a bit of flashing on the outside, which would cause it to bind-up when that part of the roller was under the metal part. I removed that with an X-acto knife. Then I lubed them with white grease.
