Looks like it could be returned normal easy enough.. Price is low to start. Those mods are all from the 50's and early 60's. Come from a catalog like JC Whitney, and could easily be removed.

There are many more piks further down in the ad. It iznt a JC Witney doodad tak-on job at all. Worth every penny he wuz asking.
I am sure that lots of time and money went into this car but it is so heavily modified and unusual that there would be very few potential buyers for it.
It is probably more impressive in person but overall a little too gaudy for my tastes (and many others).
Also, it really should have had a 440 engine or bigger and at least front disc brakes. With all of the effort spent on cosmetics, why not improve the drive train a little too.
I just read on the description that the side pipes are for appearance only. WTF! Who does that? A real exhaust and a fake exhaust.

All of those cosmetic changes were very common in the late 50's and early 60's. The lack of mechanical changes was also the norm in this arena. They called 'em customs. Kind of the opposite of Hot rods back then.
