Oil pump: Milodon HV pump with stock-pressure spring swapped in (or maybe not in your case?). Somebody makes an adjuster which replaces the bolt that holds in the pressure regulator spring, so you can dial-in your oil pressure. Rule of thumb is you want min 10psi oil pressure for every 1000RPM. Also use windage tray in oil pan and run +1 quart oil over stock. Oil pan: If using aftermarket, watch out that oil pan clears crossmember AND idler arm. Factory C-body oil pans have a notch in one side for idler arm clearance. Water pump: Milodon high volume or equivalent with anti-cavitation plate. DO NOT use Edelbrock, CAT or 440Source with scroll-style impeller. They don't flow well at lower RPM and will contribute to overheating problems. Water pump housing: Be wary of aftermarket aluminum housings. Some are cast with excessively restrictive outlets. Search internet for details and pics so you know what to look for. Starter: mini starter, but don't waste money on anything special. Nippondenso starter for Mopar smallblock from mid-90's pickup, van, Durango will work. Remove the terminal block that is attached to the side. Some starter housings need a little material ground off in once section for clearance when used on a big block. Engine bolt kits: I like ARP Rockers: Comp cast steel roller rockers are nice. CAT version are cheap knockoffs of these and damaged one of my engines, but they have since added bronze bushings to the rocker bodies to hopefully address this. Aluminum rockers not recommended for a street car due to eventual metal fatigue. Head gaskets: Cometic MLS are probably your best choice. Pistons: Since you're talking 800hp twin turbo I presume you want forged pistons and probably dished to keep compression down. I have Diamond dished forged pistons in my 451 stroker.

what is your turbocharging experience? Is this your first build? I'm running a EFI, twin turbo 383 with OEM parts so far (including .020 head gaskets). Only at 5psi, but it's been running for 5yrs.
