68 fury having a issue with ignition, lately when I go turn the car over and nothing happens like it is dead or maybe bad connection. Then after I try again two to three times it cranks right up. Sometimes will crank on first try but then next time nothing. I replaced the ignition cylinder bout a year ago not sure if this is the issue or where should I start to diagnosis. Any advice is appreciated thanks

Sounds like bulkhead connection issue . Next time it does it , jiggle wire bulkhead on firewall then try again. If it starts then disconnect bulkhead and chech for broken wires and clean connections

I don't have a bulkhead all the wires have been soldered together. But I'll look there first where the wires come off the ignition and follow and check for any loose wires

Could be many things...switch, relay, continuity / corrosion, starter and or solenoid., etc... The above start concerning any power? Is a first place to start. Need a step by step diagnosis plan. Start looking at the simple things first.
