I just spent some time looking at the Quaker State site and although the write-ups on Defy say great things, I couldn't find any specific numbers. They spend a lot of time saying it's "50% greater" than other oils, but never says a real number. After all 50% more than "very little" is still "very little"!
Why is it that all Marketing and Sales people seem to assume we are all idiots and instead of real facts, feed us hype and BS. !stars

Zinc numbers
5W-20, 5W-30, 10W-30: 1000ppm
10W-40: 1200ppm
via phone call
Since Defy is SL rated that would automatically mean it is above the 700-800ppm of SN rated oils.

Hmmm, so if this wear test is credible, it sounds like I'd be just as well off to buy the Chevron Supreme! [ Edited Tue Nov 13 2012, 09:59PM ]
